CDO residents in hazard-prone areas ordered to evacuate
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines—The mayor in this city, which was devastated by Tropical Storm “Sendong’ same month last year, has ordered a “Code Blue,” as Typhoon “Pablo” on Monday barreled toward the southern Philippines with a potential to turn into a supertyphoon.

He said people should move to their barangay-designated evacuation areas.
Strong wind, as of Monday afternoon, was starting to be felt here.
