/ 08:19 AM November 25, 2012

AROUND a thousand runners will answer today’s starting gun for the first ever SilkAir Run at the Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu.

Kenyan runners and Cebu’s elite racers are once again expected to battle for the top prizes in the race that features 20-kilometer, 10k, 5k and 3k distances.

SilkAir’s race will benefit the Kapamilya Blood Donation Campaign of ABS-CBN in partnership with the Philippine National Red Cross. The activity is also in line with SilkAir’s 20th anniversary.
