Metafit fitness camp slated Nov. 5 to Dec. 1

The fastest growing fitness boot camp in the city, the Metafit (Metabolic Fitness) of Biggest Loser Pinoy contender Allan Chuachoy returns on Nov. 5 to Dec. 1 in two venues.

Around 50 participants will try to lose weight and live a more healthy life with the guidance and supervision of Chuachoy and his accredited fitness coaches. The camp will be held at the Parkmall in Mandaue and at the Persimmons in Mabolo.

The Persimmon’s bootcamp will start on Nov. 6 the Parkmall camp opens a day earlier.

Chuachoy has tapped the help of his team composed of a fitness expert, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter, body builder and a long distance runner who will give a set of exercise drills and circuits to the participants to achieve their goal of losing weight and becoming fit.

Registration fee for the entire boot camp is P1,500 while students and returnees will enjoy a 10 percent discount. Some 40 participants  took part in the second boot camp with excellent results. One of the participants, Analy Torres lost 15lbs after a month-long camp.

“We are having this last edition of the bootcamp before the holiday season starts. We all know that the holiday feasts and parties will surely give us another problem, so before we hit the tables let us first do some good exercise to prepare ourselves for the holidays,” said Chuachoy during yesterday’s official launching of the event at the Shabu-way Parkmall.
