‘No sail, no fish, no fly’ ban lifted as S. Korea rocket launch fails
MANILA, Philippines – The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Friday lifted the “no sail, no fish, no fly” policy as South Korea aborted its rocket launch on the same day.
“Lifted na yun, after 6p.m.,” NDRRMC Executive Director Benito Ramos told reporters.
Ramos said the ban for the window time of October 27 to 31 had been likewise lifted.
“Magrerepair muna sila, it will take three days bago mag re-schedule sila. Maghintay tayo kung kailan nila ma-repair yung booster,” Ramos said.
The NDRRMC implemented the ban from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday.
