Fraternity member gunned down in Apas
A FRATERNITY member was shot dead while he was walking home in barangay Apas, Cebu City.
Hermes Bacasmas, 26, a member of the Tau Gamma Fraternity, succumbed to two gunshot wounds in the body.
Police are still investigating possible motives for the attack.

Police said Bacasmas was walking home in sitio Baca when a man who had been following him called out to him. Bacasmas turned around and was heard addressing the man as “gaw” when he was shot twice.
Police said the assailant fled on a motorcycle driven by an accomplice./CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON
