Call center agent killed

A call center agent was stabbed dead by a former barangay watchman at a friend’s birthday party in Quezon City on Friday night.

Dominic Presnede, 25, was stabbed nine times, and he did not make it alive to World Citi College Hospital.

Police investigator PO2 Julius Balbuena said Presnede was attacked at a party of the victim’s female friend in Barangay Botocon.

Presnede’s wife, Marjorie, identified the knifeman as Melecio Banacia, a former barangay watchman.

Marjorie said her husband and Banacia had an argument earlier.

At about 12:20 a.m., Presnede went out to buy something. Banacia, who was waiting outside, attacked him with a knife. Julie M. Aurelio
