Carpio suspends work at Manila trial courts on Thursday

MANILA, Philippines–Acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio on Wednesday suspended work in all trial courts in Manila for Thursday.
Carpio issued the suspension order due to lack of power at the Manila City Hall.
