House suspends session

MANILA, Philippines — Work was suspended at the House of Representatives amidst heavy rains in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces.
Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. said that he gave directions for Tuesday’s session to be suspended.
House Public Relations and Information Bureau (PRIB) executive director Bernadette dela Cuesta said that work, session and the scheduled press conference for Tuesday were all suspended.
