Pangilinan family to join Timex Run Cebu

CELEBRITY Anthony Pangilinan, together with his family, will be among the noted runners joining the Timex Run this Aug. 19 starting at Osmeña Boulevard fronting the Cebu Normal University.

Anthony will be joined by his children and wife Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan in the race that will be spearheaded by famous running coach Rio dela Cruz.

The Pangilinans’ entry aims to inspire families to join running events to stay healthy.

The Timex run will have 5k, 10k and 16k categories. It is intended for beginners, fitness enthusiast, athletes and casual runners.

Registration fee is pegged at P600 for 16k, 500 for 10k and 400 for 5k inclusive of a singlet and race bib with a timing chip.

Registration area is at the CCSC and Timex booth at the Active Zone in Ayala Center Cebu. Registration can be done until Aug. 12. /Intern Agnes Divina P. Enguito
