MORE THAN a thousand runners will answer the starting gun for today’s second Sonshine Radio Run at The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu.

Majority of the participants will be trying their luck in the 21-kilometer distance since Kenyan runners have decided not to join after organizers only allowed them to join the non-competitive side of the race.
