Village chief arrested for illegal drugs in Camarines Sur
LEGAZPI CITY, Albay — A village chief in Camarines Sur was arrested for illegal drugs following a search operation in Presentacion town on Tuesday.
In a belated report on Wednesday, Camarines Sur police said authorities served the search warrant at the suspect’s residence at around 5 a.m. on Tuesday.

Police identified the suspect only as “Popong,” 48, of Barangay Buenavista in Presentacion town.
