After scoring 13 points in the first quarter alone, David, who is averaging 26 points a game, left the game in the second quarter after spraining his left ankle.

FEATURED STORIES

The second half started with the two teams tied at 52-all and the game seemed tilted in Barako Bull’s favor when the injured David stayed in the locker room for good.

Surprisingly, the Tigers hardly missed David as Josh Vanlandingham stepped up big-time and scored the bulk of his 18 points in the third, allowing the Tigers to take a 79-70 lead going into the fourth.
