Psycho test flunkers not automatically out

/ 05:56 PM June 26, 2012

MANILA, Philippines—Judicial and Bar Council member Jose Mejia said Tuesday those who will fail the mandatory psychological and psychiatric examination will not be automatically disqualified as nominees for the chief justice post.

In an interview with anchors Susan K, Den Macaranas and Captain Dylan Halili of “Good Morning Inquirer” on Radio Inquirer 990AM, Mejia said the “confidential” exam category will just be used by the JBC as a “guide” in their selection of the new chief justice of the Supreme Court.

“Ito ay gagabay lang sa mga miyembro ng JBC kung s’ya ba ay makakaganap sa kanyang tungkulin nang maayos,” Mejia said.
