After the suspect accepted the money, she signaled to the authorities who were quick to enter the clinic and arrest Rabor.

Armendarez said Rabor will be charged for violation of Republic Act 2382 or The Medical Act of 1959.

She will also be facing estafa charges for violation of Article 315 of Revised Penal Code (RPC).

Armendarez said Rabor failed to show documents to prove that her business is legitimate.

CIDG will check with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to determine if Rabon is really a doctor.
