Quiapo raided for counterfeit goods
MANILA, Philippines — The Optical Media Board (OMB),Offices of Manila City Mayor and Intellectual Property Rights joined forces Friday in a raid in Quiapo where counterfeit goods are found.
Led by Mayor Alfredo Lim and OMB chairman Ronald Ricketts, the operation started at 9:30 a.m.
“We already gave them a chance but it’s enough,” Lim said.
Officials from the United States embassy also joined the operation.
