Orange rainfall alert up in Camarines Norte on Christmas Day
MANILA, Philippines — An orange rainfall warning was raised in Camarines Norte on the afternoon of Christmas Day, while a yellow warning was raised over other parts of Luzon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In a 2:15 p.m. advisory, the Office of the Civil Defense warned residents of Camarines Norte to beware of heavy rains with chances of flooding and landslides.
When an area is under an orange rainfall warning, 15 to 30 millimeters (mm) of intense rain is expected within one hour and may persist for the next two hours.
Pagasa also issued a yellow rainfall warning for the provinces of Batangas, Laguna, and Quezon.

Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains were also forecast to affect Cavite, Metro Manila, Rizal, Bataan, and Bulacan, which may persist within the next three hours.
