Naia Terminal 4 closed for rehab starting Nov. 4
MANILA, Philippines — Terminal 4 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) will be closed for renovations from Nov. 4 to February next year, with the rehabilitation focusing on safety upgrades, improving traffic flow, and modernizing facilities.
“Our goal is to make Terminal 4 more comfortable and efficient for travelers. While there may be some temporary disruptions, we appreciate the public’s understanding and patience as we work to deliver these much-needed improvements,” New Naia Infra Corp. said in a statement.

During the renovation of Naia’s oldest terminal, flights operating there, like Cebu Pacific-affiliated CebGo with 36 daily flights, AirSwift with 12 daily flights; and Sunlight Air with 2 daily flights, will all be moved to Terminal 2.
On average, Terminal 4 handles approximately 2,900 passengers each day—1,400 arriving and 1,500 departing—representing 2.23 percent of Naia’s total daily passenger volume. —Dexter Cabalza
