A rainy Wednesday due to the southwest monsoon, or “habagat,” is expected in Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Southern Luzon and the Visayas, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In an early morning advisory, Pagasa weather specialist Obet Badrina said that Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, and Antique would experience occasional rains triggered by the “habagat.”
