LUCENA CITY — A driver died and another one was injured after two vehicles collided Tuesday along the diversion road, which motorists call the “killer highway” in Atimonan, Quezon.

Quezon police reported on Wednesday that an Isuzu tractor head driven by Jollebert Santos lost its brakes around 5 p.m. while negotiating a descending section of the diversion road in Barangay Santa Catalina.
