Cebu Pacific said it was experiencing “technical issues, reportedly related to technology provider CrowdStrike, which caused a global Microsoft system outage.”

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. on Friday said he is already “fine-tuning” his speech as he wants to tackle a lot of issues in his third State of the Nation Address (Sona) on Monday, July 22.

PNP: Metro Manila gun ban starts Saturday ahead of Sona 2024
A gun ban in Metro Manila will be enforced starting Saturday in preparation for the third State of the Nation Address (Sona) of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. on Monday.

SWS: 58 percent of Filipino families rate themselves poor in Q2 survey
The number of families who felt poor in June 2024 rose by more than 10 percent from March 2024, the Social Weather Stations (SWS) said.
According to its survey released on Thursday, 58 percent of families said that they were poor, 30 percent said that they were not poor, and 12 percent said that they were borderline.
