MANILA, Philippines — House of Representatives Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez has thanked the public for their rising trust and approval of his work, noting that the latest survey results are an affirmation of his and his colleagues’ work and efforts.

Romualdez said this in a statement on Wednesday after polling firm Pulse Asia released a report showing that the Speaker’s trust and approval ratings were at 35 percent — four points higher than the numbers recorded in the March 2024 survey.

This makes Romualdez the highest gainer among the country’s top three officials — him, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., and Vice President Sara Duterte.
