Teletech 5 shares lead in E-League
THE Teletech Titans earned a piece of the lead while the Teleperformance Lions claimed their breakthrough win after they beat separate opponents in the Southern division of the 2012 Sun Cellular E-League for Basketball at the City Sports Club-Cebu Gym.
Sherwin Emmanuelle Resilla had 22 points to lead the Titans to a, 92-55 trashing of the Eli Global Underdogs while the Lions edged out the Lexmark Stallions, 66-63, behind Frenche Bonn Petallo and Adrian Francis de Leon, who scored 12 points apiece.
Sherwin Anghay added 16 points, three assists and two steals, while Romeo Pardillo Jr. had 14 points for Teletech, which improved to 2-0 (win-loss).
John Raymund Bartulin tallied 16 points and nine rebounds for Eli Global, which dropped to 0-3.
Teleperformance, on the other hand, finally got its first win after dropping its initial game by holding Lexmark to just two points in the third period.
Roy Joseph Lanzaderas topped Lexmark (0-2) with 16 points while Mervin Balansag had 12.
