Rain to prevail in Isabela and Aurora due to effects of shear line
MANILA, Philippines — Rain will prevail over Isabela and Aurora on Saturday due to the effects of shear line, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
The rest of the country, on the other hand, may still expect generally fair weather conditions brought by easterlies.

“Samantala wala pa rin tayong namo-monitor na low pressure area o bagyo sa loob ng ating area of responsibility at ganun din po sa bahagi ng Dagat Pasipiko,” Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said in an early morning forecast.
(Meanwhile, we still haven’t monitored any low pressure area or typhoon within our area of responsibility, and the same goes for the part of the Pacific Ocean.)

As for temperature ranges in key cities and areas of the country for May 11, Pagasa issued the following:
- Metro Manila: 26 to 33 °C
- Baguio City: 18 to 24 °C
- Laoag City: 26 to 34 °C
- Tuguegarao: 25 to 35 °C
- Legazpi City: 27 to 34 °C
- Puerto Princesa City: 27 to 34 °C
- Tagaytay: 23 to 32 °C
- Kalayaan Islands: 27 to 34 °C
- Iloilo City: 28 to 33 °C
- Cebu: 28 to 32 °C
- Tacloban City: 27 to 33 °C
- Cagayan de Oro City: 26 to 32 °C
- Zamboanga City: 26 to 34 °C
- Davao City: 25 to 34 °C
