In its 4 a.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Thursday’s temperatures in Baguio City may range from 12 to 21 degrees Celsius; Metro Manila, 21 to 30 degrees Celsius; Laoag City, 19 to 31 degrees Celsius; Tagaytay City, 19 to 28 degrees Celsius; and Tuguegarao City from 20 to 25 degrees Celsius.
(The northeast monsoon or amihan still prevails here in large parts of Luzon and Visayas which brings cold temperatures, especially in the early morning, and light rain, especially in the eastern portions.)
