MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) announced that consolidated Transport Service Entities (TSE) and individual public utility vehicle operators who have applied for consolidation on or before the December 31, 2023 deadline will be allowed to continue operations.

In its circular on Thursday, the LTFRB announced that those who have filed their application for consolidation can continue to operate under their existing Provisional Authority (PA) which will be valid until the end of 2024 or upon the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC).
