/ 07:09 AM May 04, 2012

THE country’s longest-running basketball training camp, the Milo-backed Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training (BEST) will bring its clinic to Cebu from May 14-19 at the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu basketball courts along Mango Avenue.

At this camp, the players learn to get better when they are taught the fundamentals of the sport as well as develop discipline, sportsmanship and camaraderie through their interaction with coaches, instructors and peers.

The BEST Center program is divided into four levels. The first level’s concentration is on ballhandling fundamentals. Level 2 is on shooting. Level 3 is on Individual Defense while Level 4 is on Individual Offense. Every student who enrolls in the BEST Center starts with Level 1. The schedule for each level will be spread into either morning or afternoon sessions.
