Colina joins PH Under 14 team in Italy

HEAD coach Oliver “Bingbing” Colina joined the Philippine Under 14 team in Italy last Saturday after the foreign attachment course of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Project Future Coaches wrapped up in Hennef, Germany.

Colina left weeks before the team because he had to go to Germany for the training programme, which was hosted by the German Football Association—the Deutscher Fussball Bund (DFB)—from April 13 to 19.

Colina, who was the only Filipino among the 19 coaches who took part in the course, said the one week training had them learning from the modules of the European Football Association B, A and PRO license, and the DFB playing philosophy, methodology, coaching details, goalkeeper training and talent promotion.  /CORRESPONDENT MARS G.
