The South Korean government has extended a P320-million grant for the construction of a new technical training center in Taguig City that is expected to benefit up to 2,000 trainees in the next two years.

The Korean International Cooperation Agency (Koica) is  funding the ongoing construction of the four-story Human Resources Development (HRD) Center, according to the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda).

Built on the Libingan Ng Mga Bayani  property, the facility is the fourth Koica-funded training center to rise in the Philippines. Tarra Quismundo
