MANILA, Philippines — A huge part of the country can still expect hot and humid weather conditions this weekend as easterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean continue moving towards the eastern waters.

Weather updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Friday showed however that rains may be experienced over the eastern side of Visayas and Mindanao — particularly over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region — as cloud clusters were seen forming in the area.
