Soldier wanted for killing driver

Manila policemen have started looking for a soldier accused of killing a pedicab driver near a bus terminal on Monday afternoon.

Richard Natividad, an Army sergeant, reportedly tried to intervene in an argument between two pedicab drivers and ended up shooting one of them.

The police said the victim, Artemio Pacunla IV, a resident of Earnshaw Street, Sampaloc in Manila, was declared dead on arrival by attending doctors at Ospital ng Sampaloc.

The other driver whom he had an argument with, Samuel Simon, was arrested by a policeman manning the Florida Bus Terminal on Earnshaw Street.
