Navy man died after passing out during road exercise in Cavite

LUCENA CITY – A Philippine Navy personnel died during a morning exercise in Ternate town in Cavite province on Monday, December 12.

The Region 4A police reported Tuesday, December 13, that Staff Sergeant Rosano Barranco collapsed while conducting their morning road run around the Marine Corps Force Development Center in Barangay (village) Sapang 1 around 5:30 a.m.

He died while being taken to the Marine Base Gregorio Lim dispensary.

The police requested an autopsy of the victim to determine the cause of his death.
