Father, son nabbed in Quezon drug bust
LUCENA CITY – A father and son were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Tiaong town in Quezon province on Saturday, Sept. 17, police said.
Quezon police in a report on Sunday said Emmanuel Santelices, 49, and his son, Emman Ray, 29, were nabbed around 8:50 p.m. after the duo allegedly sold a pack of shabu (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer in Barangay (village) Lusacan.
The suspects were found in possession of one plastic sachet of meth with a street value of P1,632.
The police tagged the two suspects as SLI (street-level individuals) on the drugs watchlist.
The suspects face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
