2 dead in Cavite blaze

LUCENA CITY––Two persons died in a fire Monday, March 14, in Gen. Trias City in Cavite province.

The Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) police said in a report Tuesday that Rohayni Lumodag and Raodina Abdullah died from severe burns on their bodies.

The blaze started around 6 p.m. at a music lounge and KTV bar in Barangay Manggahan.

Firepersons put the fire under control two and a half hours later, the report said.

Investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
