3 most wanted persons in Zambales nabbed
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales—Three of the most wanted persons in this province were arrested Monday in separate operations.
Col. Fitz Macariola, provincial police director, identified one of them as Judy Magtanong of Barangay San Nicolas in this town. Magtanong s facing a forcible abduction case.
Magtanong was arrested based on a warrant released by Judge Santiago Beltran Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69 in the capital town of Iba. The court recommended P120,000 bail for his temporary liberty.
In a separate operation in Masinloc town, police arrested brothers Edwin Nacin and Jonime Nacin. Both are facing charges for violating the Anti Cattle Rustling Act of 1974.
They were arrested based on a warrant released by the same court with a recommended bail of P108,000 for their temporary liberty.
