CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—A group of Catholic lay leaders in less than 100 parishes under the Archdiocese of San Fernando in Pampanga province has endorsed the presidential and vice-presidential candidacies of Vice President Leni Robredo and Sen. Francis Pangilinan in the May 9 elections

The position of Laikko-Pampanga was a result of “a week of prayer, study, dialogue, and reflection” from Jan. 19 to 26, according to James Jesus Pasamonte, the group’s lead convenor.

It added: “We looked into their position and their understanding and capacity to respond to different issues.”
