Cloudy skies, rain over parts of Luzon on Tuesday due to amihan, frontal system – Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines — Overcast skies and rain will prevail over Bicol Region, the eastern section of Northern and Central Luzon, as well as Quezon Province on Tuesday due to the northeast monsoon and a frontal system, said Pagasa.
“Mararamdaman pa rin ang epekto ng frontal system sa Bicol region at ang amihan dito sa eastern section ng northern and Central Luzon ganun din dito sa bandang Quezon province,” said Pagasa senior weather specialist Chris Perez.
(The effect of the frontal system will still be felt in the Bicol Region and the northeast monsoon here in the eastern section of northern and Central Luzon as well as here in Quezon province.)
“Sa natitirang bahagi ng Luzon kasama ang Metro Manila generally maaliwalas ang panahon maliban na lang sa pulo-pulong mahinang pagulan,” he added.
(In the rest of Luzon, including Metro Manila, the weather is generally clear except for isolated light rains.)
Article continues after this advertisementVisayas and Mindanao, on the other hand, will enjoy hotter and more humid weather, with isolated rain showers in the afternoon and evening due to localized thunderstorms.

Baguio City: 15 to 23 degrees Celsius
Laoag City: 21 to 31 degrees Celsius

Puerto Princesa City: 25 to 31 degrees Celsius
Tagaytay: 20 to 29 degrees Celsius
Kalayaan Islands: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius
Iloilo City: 26 to 31 degrees Celsius
Cebu: 25 to 32 degrees Celsius

Due to the northeast monsoon, gale warning is raised in the seaboards of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Aurora, Northern coast of Quezon, Northern and eastern coast of Polillo Islands, Camarines Norte, Northern coast of Camarines Sur, and the Northern coast of Catanduanes.
