3 drug suspects nabbed in Lucena City; P82K ‘shabu’ seized
LUCENA CITY––Police arrested three alleged notorious drug pushers in two separate operations Thursday in this city and seized more than P82,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth).
Lt. Colonel Reynaldo Reyes, Lucena police chief, identified the suspected pushers as Riolito Galao, Arjay Jacinto, and Abigail Galvez.
Reyes said anti-narcotics agents nabbed Galao and Jacinto at 9:19 p.m. after the two sold a pack of shabu to undercover police in Barangay Ibabang Dupay.
The police found the suspects carrying six sachets of crystal meth worth P63,240 in the street market.
Reyes said the two suspects were on the police watch list and that Galao was also a member of a local drug group.
Earlier, operatives busted Galvez in another drug sting at 9:16 a.m. in Barangay Dalahican.
