Leody de Guzman says he’s not invited to GMA-7 interview of presidential hopefuls
MANILA, Philippines — Presidential aspirant and labor leader Ka Leody de Guzman on Saturday said he was not invited to Presidential Interviews of GMA 7 News and Public Affairs hosted by Jessica Soho.
Despite this, De Guzman will have a Facebook live stream on the official page of Partido Lakas ng Masa as the party’s standard-bearer.
“Dahil hindi ako naimbitahan sa Presidential Interviews ni Jessica Soho at ng GMA News & Public Affairs, ako ay magkakaroon ng FB Live mamaya para sagutin ang mga tanong na ibabato sa ibang kandidato para maipresenta ko sa publiko ang aking mga pananaw, tindig at plataporma,” he said in a statement.
(Since I was not invited to the Presidential Interviews of Jessica Soho of the GMA News & Public Affairs, I will have my own FB Live later to answer the questions asked to other candidates to present to the public my perspective, stance, and platforms.)
De Guzman also expressed willingness to participate in the presidential debates to be organized by the Commission on Elections.

The other top presidential candidates who accepted the invitation were Vice President Leni Robredo, Sen. Panfilo Lacson, Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso and Sen. Manny Pacquiao.
The Jessica Soho presidential interviews will be aired on Saturday night.
