786 pass radiologic technologist exam; 44 pass x-ray technologist exam

MANILA, Philippines — A total of 786 of 2,177 examinees passed the December 2021 Radiologic Technologist Licensure Examination, and 44 out of 155 passed the December 2021 X-Ray Technologist Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Tuesday.

In the RadTech exam where only 36.10 percent of passers passed, Reynalyn Bautista Corpuz from Perpetual Help College of Manila led the list of topnotchers with a score of 91 percent.

In the X-Ray Tech exam, Mark Roevin Francia Dela Peña from Southeast Asian College (UMDC) led the topnotchers with a score of 86.25 percent.

The PRC  named the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute as the top-performing school with a passing rate of 84.2 percent in the RadTech exam.

The December 2021 RadTech and X-Ray Tech exams were conducted on December 20 to 21, 2021 in testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga by the Board of Radiologic Technology.
