Amihan to bring rain in parts of N. Luzon on Tuesday; fair weather in rest of PH
MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon, locally known as “amihan,” will bring rain over parts of northern Luzon on Tuesday, while the rest of the country will experience generally fair weather, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
(The effects of the northeast monsoon will still be felt tomorrow in the northern Luzon area. In far northern Luzon it will be cloudy with light rains.)
