5 villages in Zambales town COVID-free again
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––Five of the 18 villages in San Marcelino town posted zero active COVID-19 cases on Monday, data from the local government showed.
These are Aglao, Buhawen, Burgos, Central, and Sta. Fe.
Aglao and Sta. Fe have been free of COVID-19 for several weeks now, while Buhawen, Burgos, and Central registered at least one infection in the previous days before posting on Monday zero cases.
The entire San Marcelino has 50 active COVID-19 cases out of the 553 confirmed cases since last year.
Its recoveries have reached 457 while its death toll stood at 28. INQ
