ANGELES CITY––The city government here on Thursday, Sept. 9, suspended the modular and online classes in schools and work at the city hall due to inclement weather brought by Tropical Storm “Jolina” (International name: Conson).

Only local government personnel involved in basic and health services, disaster preparedness, and response are required to report for work, it said.

The city government also announced that COVID-19 vaccination at the City Colleges of Angeles and Angeles City National High School would continue.

It advised residents going to vaccination sites to wear jackets or raincoats and bring umbrellas to protect themselves from the rain.
