P133K ‘shabu’ seized in Zambales

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales––Five persons were caught Sunday with P133,000 worth of alleged “shabu” (crystal meth) during a buy-bust operation in Subic town, authorities said.

One of the suspects, who was identified as Malcom Sandalo, 56, was allegedly an operator of a drug den in Barangay Matain, according to Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Director Bryan Babang.

Four other suspects identified as Relly Buluran, 45; Henry Linsangan, 45; Harley Jude Sabina, 22; and Cris Art Dumlao, 38, were also arrested during the operation.

Babang said 19 grams of shabu, several drug paraphernalia, and the marked money were seized from the suspects.

The five will be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
