Pagasa sees fair Thursday weather

MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of Luzon will have fair weather on Thursday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

The southwest monsoon will prevail over Northern Luzon while cloudy skies and localized thunderstorms are expected in the Visayas and Mindanao, said Pagasa weather specialist Benison Estareja.

There is no weather disturbance being monitored by Pagasa, Estareja said. No gale warning was issued.

Moderate to rough coastal waters are expected over extreme Northern Luzon due to the southwest monsoon.
