Zambales posts 77-percent COVID-19 recovery rate
SAN ANTONIO, Zambales –– Four more patients had recovered from COVID-19 in this province Thursday (June 3), an official said.
The figure raised to 2,000 the number of people who had been healed from the disease in Zambales, which had logged 2,569 COVID-19 cases since last year, said Dr. Noel Bueno, provincial health director.
This reflected a 77-percent recovery rate related to the disease.
Bueno said 35 new COVID-19 cases were also added to the province’s data on the same day.
These include a soldier, a traffic enforcer, a teacher, security guards, private company employees, and older residents.

Bueno said the COVID-19 death toll in the province remained at 57. INQ
