30,000 tourism workers in Cordillera get cash aid

The Department of Tourism (DOT) and the Department of Labor and Employment have approved over P150 million in cash aid to more than 30,000 tourism workers in the Cordillera Administrative Region who were displaced by the COVID-19 pandemic. The DOT said the P156.4 million covered the assistance given to 31,273 workers from 774 establishments and organizations in the region.
