P300K shabu seized in Bulacan drug bust; suspect arrested

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan – Police seized an estimated P325,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) from a 28-year-old drug suspect Friday night in the municipality of San Rafael.
John Jerwin Abad yielded 50 grams of the contraband which were sealed in plastic sachets. He was arrested in a buy-but operation in Barangay Caingin, according to Police Col. Lawrence Cajipe, Bulacan police director.
The suspect had been under surveillance for days by the San Rafael police because of information that he had been supplying drugs in Caingin and nearby villages. (CARMELA REYES ESTROPE INQ)
