Miranda rights cards for cops

The Philippine National Police (PNP) said it was poised to distribute to its members 15,000 pocket cards containing the Miranda warning in Filipino, Visayan and Cebuano, including its new antitorture provisions, which officers are required by law to recite when making arrests.

The pocket cards were donated by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). DJ Yap
