Courts in NCR, 4 provinces still closed

/ 04:32 AM April 05, 2021

All courts in the National Capital Region (NCR) and Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite and Rizal will remain physically closed until April 11, according to the Supreme Court. The high court explained that the extended closure of courts and court offices (SC, Court of Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals, Sandiganbayan and trial courts) was in line with the extension of the enhanced community quarantine. “As such, all hearings in these courts during the said period, except on urgent matters … are suspended,” Estela Perlas Bernabe, acting chief justice, said in her administrative circular issued on Saturday.
