LUCENA CITY –– Police arrested an alleged big-time marijuana peddler in this city in a buy-bust operation Thursday, March 18.

Anti-illegal drug operatives led by Major Lauro Moratillo collared Felipe Andaya III after he sold P1,000 worth of marijuana to an undercover police officer in Barangay Ibabang Dupay at 2:15 a.m., said Lt. Col. Romulo Albacea, Lucena police chief, in a report.
